Seafood Lasagna

Seafood Lasagna is one of my families all-time favorite meals. It is really rich so we don't have it too often, but everyone in the family enjoys Seafood lasagna night!

Ingredients:

1 package lasagna noodles

2 jars Ragu garlic and parmesan alfredo sauce

1 cup mini or medium shrimp

8 oz crab meat (real or imitation:)

16 oz shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

1 cup broccoli

Preheat oven to 375.

1) Heat meat and sauce in saucepan on the stove.

2) Rinse out Ragu sauce jars with a quarter cup milk and pour in the bottom of 9x13 pan.

3) Put one layer of lasagna noodles across the bottom of the pan

4) Ladle one-two large scoops of meat sauce on layer of noodles and top with a thin layer of cheese.

5) repeat step 4 until sauce is gone.

6) Top final layer of noodles with broccoli and the remaining cheese.

7)Bake in the oven for one hour

If you don't have time to make the lasagna, you can serve the meat sauce over angel hair spaghetti and serve with garlic cheese bread and a green vegetable!

Remember food goes great with Life, Love, and Laughter,

Lori

Oh Yum! That looks awesome! I am going to have to try this - we love both seafood and italian. Brilliant to mix it!

In answer to your tabs question: When you go to the Edit Posts page from your Dashboard, you will see three options right under the main tab- New Post, Edit Posts, and Edit Pages. You click on Edit Pages and follow the prompts to create the stand-alone pages like I have on mine. Hope this helps. Feel free to email me if you have any problems with it.

Okay, I have to be honest... it sounds really yummy minus the seafood! :-) I just can't do seafood. Well, except fried shrimp. But, it's deep-fried, so not a lot of ocean taste. I think it's because I'm a Midwestern girl and most of my "seafood" experience comes from lake fish my father would chill in our bathtub! :-) My mom always had to make me a hot dog when we had fish frys.
