Trust of a Child

Go!

When I embarked on this journey of motherhood, there were a lot of things I knew for sure. I was convinced being a good parent was simple enough if you just followed the dos and don'ts of parenting and trained your children wisely in the do's and don'ts of life.

I was foolish to say the least, or idealistic, or maybe they are one in the same. *smile* I quickly learned that I could not watch my kids 24/7. That I couldn't be everywhere all the time. That I could not control every action and reaction that occurred in my home around the clock.

Somewhere along the way I learned to Trust.

Trust that God would "work all things together for good to those who love Him and are called according to His purpose."

Trust that He had formed my children in my womb with plan and purpose.

Trust that he knows the plans He has for each member in our clan...plans to proper us and not to harm us.

Trust that even though I cannot be everywhere, see everything, or know all...He Can, Does, and Will.

Trust with the faith of a child.

Stop!
Trusting God Daily as I live, love, and laugh,
